More Original Songs at Soundclick.com

One of my New Year’s resolutions was to participate (a lot) more at Guitar Noise’s Sunday Songwriters’ Group, or “SSG” for short. This is an open group, where we are given an “assignment” for writing a song lyric each week. Not only do you write yours but you are highly encouraged to participate in reading and commenting on everyone else’s work as well.

I’ve been good with my resolution so far and have three new songs, which I’ve posted up on my music page at www.soundclick.com. Plus I’ve added a song that I wrote back in the first year of the SSG. All together, there are four new songs for you to listen to:

A Promise To Momma

Just A Song Elaine May Hear

Orange And Cinnamon

Saturn’s Moons

I hope that you enjoy them all. And I also hope this might encourage some of you to come join the folks at Guitar Noise’s Sunday Songwriters’ Group. It’s a lot of fun!

Peace.

    David,

I have just discovered Guitar Noise, and wanted to thank you for the great articles. I have played guitar for over thirty years, and yet, I still find myself enjoying your “Beginner” songs. I find myself regaining old insights. I am also a songwriter, so the idea of participating in the songwriter group is very appealing. I will check it out on Sunday. Thanks again.

    Phil
